THE 60-CARD REFERENCE
Collector numbers 1–60.
All 59 new cards and Tsagan, Raider Warlord, the one digital-to-paper card. This list covers the MBC 1–60 range, not the entire 2,000-plus-card draft pool. It excludes acorn cards, playtest cards, and other reprints.
Try “Tolabow”, “Tsagan”, or “004”.

Color key: W = white · U = blue · B = black · R = red · G = green. These are the cards’ own color identities; Rulebreaker permissions are separate.

Verified . Names cross-checked against Wizards’ gallery; collector numbers, color identities, and Rulebreaker labels checked against Scryfall. Card links are ordinary reference links.
The gallery covers new cards and special treatments. The product overview contains the full Planeswalker-stamp reprint list; the gallery alone is not the entire 2,000-plus-card pool.
A Rulebreaker example: a deck with Seluma as commander can include Angel cards of any color identity and any basic lands. The exception does not erase other deckbuilding restrictions.
Use the corrected Oracle text, not an ambiguous reading of the printed text. The extra-color permission for instants and sorceries explicitly refers to color identity. Read the official correction.
Tsagan, Raider Warlord
The product overview identifies Tsagan as the digital-to-paper card without an acorn stamp. Its status differs from the ten acorn-stamped Alchemy cards.
What’s in a booster?
Each box contains 24 boosters; each booster contains 20 cards. The official product overview gives the color slots, reprint commander, new commander, special treatment slot, and playtest card slot. Pull rates and slots should be checked there rather than inferred from the gallery.
